📅 Booking & Organisation
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking is mandatory and is done directly online via our website. This allows us to guarantee your slot and prepare your equipment.
How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit or full payment of your activity. The balance is due on the day of your visit.
What happens if I don't want to pay a deposit?
Without a deposit or full payment, the booking is not validated and the slot is not reserved.
Can we come without a booking?
No, we operate by reservation only to guarantee the quality, organisation and safety of sessions.
What is the minimum number of people required?
A minimum of 6 players is required at weekends and 10 players on weekdays. The maximum is 40 players (2 teams of 20) subject to equipment availability.
Can we play if there are fewer than 6 of us?
Depending on availability, we can offer you another slot or integrate you into an existing group.
How long does a session last?
The duration depends on the package chosen:
- Birthday Package: 1h30
- Discovery Package: 2h
- Leisure Package: 3h
- Expert Package: 4h
Can we organise a birthday or stag/hen party?
Absolutely! We offer tailor-made packages:
- Children's birthdays (7-18 years): calibre 50, free drink
- Stag / hen parties: costumes available
- Corporate team building: custom quote
Is private hire outside opening hours possible?
Yes, on request. Quotes can be provided for companies, schools, associations and local authorities.

From what age can you play?
- Gelly Ball: from age 6
- Medieval Combat: from age 6

- Classic Paintball: from age 12
Is parental consent required for minors?
Yes, it is mandatory for all minor participants.
Can adults play with children?
Yes, it's ideal for sharing a family moment. Activities are adapted according to age.
Is this activity only for men?
Not at all. Paintball is a fully mixed activity. Men and women play together. For more sensitive players, we recommend Gelly Ball.
Does this activity require a particular level of fitness?
No, no specific fitness level is required. The activity is accessible to all in a fun and friendly spirit.
🛡️ Safety & Equipment
Does it hurt?
No. Our launchers are regularly checked for velocity to ensure player safety. A briefing on safety distances (minimum 7 metres) is held before every session. For extra comfort, a chest protector can be hired.
Is it dangerous?
No, our activities are supervised and safe: mandatory briefing, protective equipment provided, supervision by professionals. Strict adherence to instructions guarantees safe practice.
Is wearing a mask mandatory?
Yes, wearing a mask is strictly mandatory throughout the entire game, without exception.
Do you provide the equipment?
Yes, all equipment is provided: launcher, mask, necessary protections adapted to the activity.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend:
- Comfortable, loose clothing you don't mind getting dirty
- Closed shoes (sport or hiking) with good support
- Change of clothes
An overall can be offered as an option to protect your clothing.
What insurance cover is there?
The activity is covered by professional public liability insurance. As with any sporting activity, risks remain (falls, impacts, natural environment). Safety also depends on strict adherence to instructor guidelines.

How does a session work?

Can we choose the scenarios?
Yes, our animators offer several game modes to vary the experience.
How big is the playing area?
We have a terrain of approximately 20,000 m², with several themed fields for varied game scenarios.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you can bring your own launcher. Balls must be purchased from the instructor. If you wish to bring your own balls, this is possible with a surcharge of €10 per player (free-ball right).

How does the pricing work?
Prices are per player, depending on the package chosen and number of balls included. See our prices page for details.
Can I bring my own balls?
Yes, with a surcharge of €10 per player (free-ball right).
Can we buy more balls on site?
Yes, at any time during your session, subject to stock availability.
Can we pick up balls from the ground?
No, picking up balls from the ground is strictly forbidden. Balls deformed by impacts can damage the launcher and compromise game safety.
How many balls does one person need on average?
Our packages are designed to match the average player's consumption. Additional balls can always be purchased on site.
Is the paint machine-washable?
Yes. The paint in the balls is water-based, biodegradable, non-toxic and easily machine-washable.
🥤 Food & Drinks
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own drinks and food. ⚠️ Glass bottles are strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
Can we buy food and drinks on site?
Yes, we sell drinks and crisps on site.
🌦️ Weather & Cancellation
What happens if it rains?
Sessions are held in rainy weather. Paintball is still great fun even in the rain!
What about very bad weather?
In the event of extreme conditions (thunderstorm, storm), the facilities will be exceptionally closed and a free rescheduling will be offered.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. The deposit can be kept for a rescheduling or refunded on request.
What happens with a late cancellation?
The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before. Any no-show on the day is treated as a late cancellation.

Where is Paintball Inside located?
Our park is located in Hirtzfelden (68740), in Alsace, Haut-Rhin. The 2-hectare site is in full forest, accessible from Colmar (20 min), Mulhouse (25 min) and Strasbourg (1h).
