These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Operator", and any person making a booking, as "the Customer".
Booking an activity implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 1 – Purpose

These GTC define the conditions under which Paintball Inside offers leisure activities at its Hirtzfelden site:

• Paintball (from age 12)
• Soft Paintball (from age 7)
• Gelly Ball (from age 6)
• Medieval Combat (from age 6)

Article 2 – Booking

Bookings are mandatory and must be made online at: www.paintball-inside.com

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit or full payment. The balance is due on the day of the activity.

Paintball Inside reserves the right to refuse a booking in case of unavailability or non-compliance with these conditions.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are quoted in euros including VAT, per player and per number of balls.
Personal balls: permitted only upon payment of a free-ball fee of €10 per player.

Article 4 – Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before the activity — the deposit may be held for rescheduling or refunded on request.
Late cancellation: less than 48 hours before the activity — the deposit is forfeited.

Article 5 – Weather Conditions

Activities take place in all weather, including rain. In the event of particularly adverse conditions (storm, violent thunderstorm), Paintball Inside will offer a rescheduling or deposit refund.

Article 6 – Participation Requirements

Minimum age: Paintball 12 years, Soft Paintball 7 years, Gelly Ball and Medieval Combat 6 years.
Minors: signed parental consent and presence of a responsible adult are mandatory.
Minimum players: 6 at weekends, 10 on weekdays. If not reached, Paintball Inside may merge groups or reschedule.

Article 7 – Safety

A mandatory safety briefing is held before every activity. When booking online, all participants must accept the rules and confirm the liability waiver before payment. Wearing the provided protective equipment (mask, barrel plug) is strictly mandatory. Refusal results in exclusion without refund.

Article 8 – Liability

Paintball Inside holds professional public liability insurance. The Operator cannot be held liable for failure to follow safety instructions, dangerous behaviour or improper use of equipment. Participants are responsible for equipment provided — deliberate damage will be charged.

Article 9 – Equipment

Equipment is provided on a rental basis and must be used in accordance with staff instructions. Loss, damage or misuse may result in a replacement or repair charge.

Article 10 – Image Rights

Paintball Inside may take photos and videos for communication purposes (website, social media, advertising). Participants may object by informing staff before the activity begins. For minors, consent must be given by the legal guardian.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is not sold or passed to third parties.

Article 12 – Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Otherwise, the competent courts are those of the registered office of Paintball Inside.
